3. Proposal

All fees clearly mapped out

We’ll map out all your set-up fees, including data migration, configuration, managed go-live and complete training and your recurring subscription costs.

4. Implementation

Led by a dedicated Project Manager

Your designated Project Manager will agree on a go-live date with you and work your project plan back from there. We complete an IT Landscape Audit (ensuring all is compliant to Microsoft/Thread standards), we liaise with your IT team and your current system provider as required. Your set-up will include system configuration, naming convention application, template styling, data preparation, data migration and testing.

5. Training & Go-Live.

Tailored training. Measured go-live.

We provide training for all your team, tailored to your needs, and sessions to suit different users (partners, super users, admins and more). On average, we’ll complete three to five two-hour training sessions. When ready, we go live – carefully monitoring use and performance for the first few days and closely supporting your team. Optional weekend migration – all ready when your team log-in on a Monday morning.
